I have a Galaxy Note 20. From time to time people try to text me and I will not see the text, or respond. I then will login into and check my personal email only to discover that the texts they sent me are showing up in my email Inbox or Junk email folder. They show up as EMAILs with an address of 1612*******@hotmail.com or @gmail.com. This is becoming extremely annoying and it appears to be a Verizon issue. Although, I cannot find a resolution that works from Verizon on other similar posts.
All the people sending me texts where this has happened are properly set up in my Contacts and at least one person has an iPhone. They are not doing anything different to send a text. There should be no reason why these would show up as emails.
Please advise and provide a working resolution.

Happy Monday! Being on top of your account is crucial, especially if you are managing your Text Messages. Verizon is here for you.
Please clarify, did the phone reboot correct the issue or does the problem still happen?
