I have multiple instances of no phone number showing up on my text message log. It says it's a picture or video message. Instead it just has a 0 for the phone number. I have no idea why it's showing up like that as I don't have any messages that come through at that time. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

Although the number that it shows the message is coming from is "0" do you know the actual contact of where the message is sent from?

My phone is a Samsung S10+. The thing is I'm not receiving any messages. Nothing actually comes through on my phone. The usage log says that I received a picture or video but I never did.
