I traded in my pristine Note 20 Ultra. The promotion was a $1000 credit, the same I could have gotten from my previous carrier AT&T. The credit I received was $220 not $1000. The reason given? They phone carrier was not what was expected. It says the phone carrier is Verizon when I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I'll called later today and hopefully this will be resolved.
