For the last week EVERY call I get has been BLOCKED by this app. This is an ABSOLUTE NO GO especially when, it's my child who is 5.5 hrs away in college, my boss, my Boo, my sisters, or other stakeholders & people of importance!! THIS IS A F.U.B.A.R (F'd up beyond all recognition) for my work life balance! WHAT IS GOING ON VERIZON? I NEED ANSWERS, A FIX & USABLE COMPENSATION (NO VERIZON UP REWARDS) ASAP.
