What is the difference between 5G UW of 2019 and 5G UW rolling out by Verizon now?

Been hearing in news lately about Verizon expanding its 5G UW to more places to no less than 100 million customers.

Hurray?  Will my Note10+ 5G finally be usable in Verizon 5G UW network if rolled out in my area?
