account is in invalid state 10007

I just changed phones and I get a error message when I try to log in to the cloud. Help

It's great to see that you are using our Verizon Cloud application! Great way to keep your content backed up virtually. As It's very odd that you received that error message when trying to log in to Cloud but we will look to see what is going on.

May I ask what make & model phone you are using? Since this has been happening, have you attempted to do a Master Reset to the phone since it has been coming up with this error on new phone? Was this phone used on a Verizon Wireless account before?
