sarahegriffith, that seems to be very odd that you would get that message. How long has this message been coming up on your phone? What zip code are you in? Can you please explain to me what things are you doing when this message comes up? Please keep us posted.

Could be a tower outage in the area.  But in case it's your phone, have you tried rebooting the phone or resetting the SIM card?  In other words, turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a couple of minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, power the phone back on, and allow it to establish a fresh network connection.

Try the Above suggestions and if you still see this pop up on your Screen take the Device into your Local Corporate Store and have them Diagnose the issue..
