Anyone experiencing volume issues?

I can not hear anyone that calls in unless I put them on speaker. My Bluetooth also won't pair up.

The Note 8 is a great phone, so let's get some more information on this volume issue to best help. If you called someone on the phone, can they hear you fine without being put on speaker? What exactly happens when you try connecting to a Bluetooth headset, and have you tried other Bluetooth devices with different results?
