Are you paying more for data usage because your Wifi isn't working?

I started experiencing problems with apps not downloading over Wifi before the Marshmallow update, but it appears that many started having Wifi problems after the Marshmallow update.

The specific problem I am referring to is where everything works when using Mobile Data with Wifi turned OFF, but many things don't work with Wifi turned ON.  The Wifi will connect to the router, and certain things will be downloaded but no streaming or update downloads will work.

My data usage has increased substantially since this problem started, and it occurs on my wife's Note5 as well.  I will end up going over my data limit, which is even more expensive, if I want to use my phone they way I used to use it before these problems started.

Is anyone else having to pay more?

I ended up paying $15 for going over my data limit before I found the root cause of our issue...my router.
