After over a week of dealing with the techs, they finally put in a ticket because i can't seem to get a simple icon that lets me know that i have a voicemail message. I have a Samsung note 3 and since i have had it (April 15th) I have not received one bloody notification. I am not sure why this is such an unresolvable issue, but someone at verizon needs to fix it!! I had to cut on stupid visual voicemail just so i can get a blasted notification, and no i better not be billed for it. It appears that since they began PUSHING visual voicemail onto their subscribers this has been a major issue with no resolution in site.
I have been with Verizon for over a decade but At&T is looking real darn good!!
