Calls going directly to voicemail

In the past two weeks people have been telling me that when they called me they were sent directly to my voicemail. Starting this morning, this seems to be the case for everyone who tried calling me. I've been using CallControl but (1) These people are all in my Contacts and (2) The situation remained the same after I stopped the app. If someone has a similar experience and/or have a solution I'd really appreciate it.
