My wife has a galaxy phone and I have a iPhone both on VZW, but her phone does not always ring on her end when I call

I too would be concerned if my wife was not receiving my calls in a similar fashion, Suirrad123. Especially in the case of an emergency. You've come to the right place for help. I'd like to start by gathering some additional details. When did you first notice that this was happening? Does this only happen when you attempt to call her, or does it also happen with other callers? What happens when you attempt to call her and it doesn't ring?
