Camera focus on new Galaxy S21 Ultra

Just spent a whole day setting up my new S21 Ultra only to find NONE of the camera lenses will focus except the selfish one. 

What should I do next?

Did you take the protector off the lens?  Read here and maybe you can find something.  If it's not right I would take it back.
