I lost me telephone which is now turned off and I'm trying to locate it. Is there a way to remotely turn it on so I can locate it?

NO. If the phone is off, so are all the radios and GPS. You can try Android Device Manager and it may show the LAST known position.

I can understand how important it is to locate your device. A device can not be turned on remotely. As previously recommended by other members you can attempt to locate the device or lock the phone through Android Device Manager. We also ask that you remove any personal information such as your mobile number from your public post for your protection. Did you have a Device Protection Plan for your phone? AlbertoR_VZW
