Can't Clear app cache s10

in app I can click on clear cache and cache goes to zero but if I back out of that screen, cache returns to same amount I cleared

We definitely want to make sure you are able to clear app cache on your Galaxy S10, Dlg29212. Is this occurring for every app you try to clear the cache on? What software version are you currently running on your phone?
