Can't make or get phone calls after update

After my Note updated 2 days ago whenever someone calls me or I make a call from my contacts it goes to voicemail  My phone doesn't ring the screen will light up like I've missed a call. Calls I make ring and go to voicemail but it's a robot voicemail and not the usual recipient's voicemail message. What the heck???

after updates you need to check everything from screen savers, notifictions,, etc & to make sure everything works properly.

sometimes another re-boot will resolvethe issue/s.

We certainly want your phone to work without any issues especially after a major update. We will work together to ensure your calls route as they should. May I ask what message do you hear when you call other people? Does this issue happen when you call everyone or particular numbers?

I have a similar problem, I can make calls but when the phone rings and I hit the green answer button nothing happens.
