Outgoing mail will not work on my charter email.  Every time I set the security as SSL it reverts to TLS.  How can I fix this?

Thanks for your input. I did that and manually figured the email and it works.  To anyone with charter email you need to do it manually as we had the same problem a month ago with my Samsung S6.  You need to know the security and port that Charter uses. For me it was SSL and port 587.
