If I'm in a group text and members are using AT&T I cannot recieve thier messges. They can recieve mine. This problem just started in the last two weeks. I have worked with customer support and got disconnect when they told me to reset my phone, which did not work. Note: The samsung messengetr app also will not recive these messages.
Try a different app
I know this has to be a bit hindering in your work process. I want to make sure that we look closer into this for you. Can you please tell me what text messaging application you are normally using with your group text messages? Is the stock text application on the phone, or third party text messaging application?
Normaly use Message+ but have also tried the Samsung message app that came with the phone and still have the same problem.
Did and it did not solve the problem.
