I finally got my Two $25. credit for the first return of the Note 7. What really gets me about it was all the times I spoke to them on the phone or in a chat which the last chat was the 27th of December and in that chat he said would take a few days to show up but before I even closed the chat window the credit was there. Is it any wonder why people feel the way they do with Verizon. Has anyone else been given the runaround on this or the $100. credit if you got another Samsung phone? Apparently this wasn't even a matter of the computer need to catch up with what they were doing they just did it while I was waiting in the chat window. I hope that everyone else who is owed money for this Note 7 fiasco keeps on them til they get it resolved
