Data Usage

My data usage was up this month.  No change in usage......probably about 6x more data.....Could it be a Wifi issue?

That is likely. Have you checked the connection to the Wi-Fi? GenevieveB_VZW

Wifi is good.....I'll track the Data Usage from here on.....I don't know why the Wifi got turned off.....but I think that was the reason for the Hi data usage....we'll see...

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. You can adjust the bill cycle date in Settings> Data Usage to reflect the same as your own and keep a more accurate count. Do you have any additional questions? YaleK_VZW
