New Samsung note 5, how do I get the data usage widget back on my phone?

Make sure the My Verizon mobile app is updated and then long press your chosen homescreen and add a widget.  Choose the Verizon mobile app.  Add to screen.  You might also be able to press menu on a homescreen and add a widget as well.  The widget does not work for Prepaid users though.
