my mother passed away in October 2019, is there a way I can retrieve an old delete voicemail to here her voice?  I have an Apple 6plus

We are so sad to learn of your loss, Jimmerj16. We want to offer you and your family our deepest condolences.

 

We are very sad to say, but once a line is disconnected or a voicemail deleted, it is no longer able to be retrieved. The voicemail provider fully deletes voicemails, so there is no back up to request to be reloaded.

 

We are so sorry to provide you with this bad news.
