Disable Visual Voicemail

How?

I keep getting disconnected from the chat when attempting to get this resolve.

When you see the icon stating that you missed a call, and that the person left you a voicemail, when you click the icon, you get this screen instead of having to phone dial your voicemail. How do you fix this?
