Does message+ support speech/voice to text on S10+

I use message+ on my Galaxy S10. When I start a new message and hold the microphone, it records an audiofile that is automatically sent. I want to create a text message by speaking. Is that supported? Do I have to pay extra for speech to text? Thanks.

Do you see the microphone so you can do this? There wouldnt any additional charges for it.
