Dropped my phone in the toilet?

Okay so im at school and i dropped my phone in the toilet. I dried it off and took apart the whole phone, battery, sim card, stylus etc. i had it wrapped in tissues as i dont have any rice. now that i turned it on its showing me the android sign and it says "downloading" and the top left hand corner it says factory mode high speed do you know what it is doing?

The rice thing takes days not minutes or even hours. You should turn the phone back off, pull the battery and put it in rice for 7-10 days when you get home.

Hope you have not caused further damage before the phone was dried sufficiently.
