When I try to access my voicemail I get "Unfortunately, voicemail has stopped" on my Galaxy Note 5. I've tried restarting several times and it doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks!
This can be caused by your storage being too full. I would recommend deleting the Cached Data and then restarting the phone and re-testing.
To Clear Cache on a Galaxy Note 5:
1) Settings
2) Storage
3) Cached Data
4) Clear Data
5) Restart
I rely on my voicemail to advise of any important messages from calls I may have missed and definitely don’t want you missing out on any important messages either, KATBOY79. Let’s check the device further and get this working. How long has this been happening? Do you use visual voicemail? Any changes to the phone when this started?

It stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I have visual voicemail and no noticeable changes happened prior. There was a system update a couple of days before it stopped working but I didn't notice anything unusual. I tried clearing some storage in case it is too full and have restarted my phone several times but nothing works. Any help would be great. Thanks!
I have the same issue. Tried clearing cache, but didn't work. Hoping for additional insight on this soon. In the meantime, I am having to call my phone from a different one, and access voicemails that way.
