I am having issues with my Facebook keyboard. my arrows and emojis are gone.I have to hold down the "123" key to get emojis and arrows?

also, on my call screen, my key oad takes up on a certain amount of screen and has an store on either side of key pad to toggle it bball and forth. How do I maximize my key pad to it's full size?
