***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Galaxy Note 3 suddenly is not charging! Getting a message to plug

Galaxy Note 3 is not charging suddenly. Phone is 4 months old & am using the charger from Samsung.  Have taken out battery & replaced w/ same battery.  Charged up once but now won't charge at all! Need help please.

Here to help sunset3! I'm sorry this is happening with your almost new phone. Have you tried other chargers or outlets? It's likely to be the charger and not the phone. If it is, Samsung will replace under their warranty. You can reach out to Samsung at or by phone at 888-987-4357.
