Galaxy Note 4 Settings Problem

Since the last OTA, when I go into Settings the phone automatically scrolls down to the bottom of the page.  It won't allow me to scroll up to the top.  Anyone can help solve?

Eagle3601​ let us help you get your phone back on track. Software updates should improve the functions of your phone. Does this happen when using a particular application? Are all your applications up to date?
