While touring Time Square last week, I turned off my bluetooth and wifi to conserve battery power. Later that evening, I attempted to turn the bluetooth back on, but it doesn't work. It acts like it's trying, but then quickly goes back off. I've searched online to find resolve. I've cleared cache, cleared data on the bluetooth system app. It seemed to work temporarily -- allowing time for my headset to connect -- but will shortly turn itself off again. I've reset the network settings - per Verizon support. But that didn't work either. The final step will be to completely reset my phone to factory setup. But I don't want to go that route if it's not necessary. Any thoughts on what I can do?
Thanks!!
