Sorry to hear about the issues with getting past the startup screen on your Samsung Galaxy Note 8, nikkid0807. We certainly want to ensure that you have a fully working phone at all times. Please try launching the phone in Safe Mode with these steps: http://spr.ly/66091d8AX If you are able to boot the phone in Safe Mode (which disables any non-factory installed apps) you may need to delete third party apps from your phone to ensure normal operation. Is there any damage to the phone or did any changes occur to the phone before the issue occurred?
