My S7 started having ads on the home screen that pop up when i go to unlock it, this started with the January 2019 update. Im extremely tired of it! Almost to the point of getting rid if the phome! I have done everything that I can find on the internet to get rid of it and nothing has worked! Is anyone else experiencing this problem and is there any way to get rid of it other than doing a factory reset?? Thanks!

Having continuous pop-ups on your screen can be a bit of an annoyance, Kscorpio71. I'm sorry to see that has been happening since January, but we will get to the bottom of this for you. Have you added any recent third-party applications to your device ( games, flashlight application, etc)? Can you tell me what troubleshooting you've completed thus far?
