I've had this Note 3 for a month. In this time I've had numerous glitches, freezing, and random reboots a day. I took it back to the Verizon store - a 40 minute trek - and was told they couldn't find anything wrong! Daily issues is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had so many issues with a phone. Additionally, the OEM charger had already fallen apart. All the wires have become exposed at the cord/charging base joint. I wish I had kept my outdated Iphone 4s. At least it was reliable.
I'm sorry to learn about the problems you are experiencing with your Note 3, lacquerlover. Have you noticed if the freezing or glitches occur with a certain action, like sending a text?
