Haven't received Android 10 update on Note 9

I have not yet received the Android 10 update on my Note 9. Attempted to manually receive it but no luck. Is this rollout happening in stages or am I doing something wrong?

How long does it usually take to fully roll out an update? The update was release a full week ago.
