Hotspot service not working.

Ledmond, as a Hotspot users, I know how important that connection may be. Let's get to the bottom of what is happening. What exactly happens when you attempt to use the Hotspot? When did this begin? Are you able to use the cellular data on your phone without issue? Do you recall any recent changes to the phone such as new software or apps? Or, perhaps changes to the area itself?

Have you verified your plan has the mobile hotspot feature included? Which plan do you have?
