Mine is acting as if it is factory locked. It will not accept another carrier. When it boots up is says Verizon in a Big RED Banner with no sim card inserted. Inserting another carrier's Sim gives an error "No Verizon Sim Installed" Why is this?
If Verizon Doesn't lock devices then why do they have an unlocking policy?
