How do I arrange app icons on Oreo?

I've got a Samsung S7, and recently got the Oreo upgrade. I can't figure out how to arrange/add/move around app icons on my screens. The old way worked pretty well. I've looked for answers, and can't find anything. I don't feel like I can do anything now.
