How do I removed ads from my phone?

On my Galaxy S6 the ads are targeted local ads for Kroger, Ricart Ford, and Able Roofing.

Hello Johnde, great question! To disable ads in your Samsung Galaxy S6, please follow the steps below, let us know if you have additional questions:

  1. Go to the Verizon Wireless website.
  2. Sign into your account. ...
  3. Click on View Profile, then Manage Privacy Settings. ...
  4. Scroll down to Relevant Mobile Advertising. ...
  5. Open the My Verizon app.
  6. Select the Profile tab.
  7. Tap on Manage Privacy Settings.
  8. Select your options.

You might have an application that will push ads to your phone. You should check the installed applications and review their permissions to figure which one you should remove from the phone.
