How do I return my Note 7? No box included with replacement

I exchanged my Note 7 for the Edge 7. When I received the Edge 7, I didn't receive the return box. How do I send it back?

Same thing happened to me.No mention of getting a return box in the mail.

I am thinking of going to verizon store and returning it there,but that is always hit or miss,this has really been a huge waste of a lot of my time...
