How do I transfer information from an old phone to my Note 4?

My Nexus screen broke and I can't see the screen. I bought a Note 4 and I want to transfer the information from backup assistant to my new phone.

Hello srogers2424,

We can certainly assist in guiding you through this process of switching devices. Anything backed up already will transfer over when backup assistant is set up on your new device. Activate the Note 4 first, and during the set up process, it will prompt you to run Verizon Cloud and redownload anything that has been saved.
