How much time has the Note 7 recall cost you?

Just got done waiting 1 hr at my nearest Verizon store only to have them tell me they were out of stock.  When I checked in they said they had some.  Counting on hold time and waiting in line I am up to 5 hrs.

Been to the store in 3 separate times (20th, 22nd, and 27th); and finally got mine exchanged.

~ 30 mins + 30 mins + 1 hour

(not including the time spent on traffic)

What a hassle!
