How to stop Voice Mail from crashing?

For the past few days, my Voice Mail app has crashed every time I open it. I have the visual voice mail feature, so if I'm fast enough, I can sometimes take a screenshot of the message before the app crashes, but it's ridiculously frustrating. Is there a way to fix this? I wanted to try deleting and reinstalling the app, but I couldn't even find it in the Play Store. Any advice would be much appreciated; I'm really frustrated to be paying for a feature I can't even use.
