After full recharge phone will not turn on. Battery had run down completely, but now is fully charged as indicator shows. I
tried on/off button. Now what?
Mind does not do that, sounds like something has gone wrong with the phone
try pulling the battery out for about 15 seconds and then put it back in and press and hold the power button.

I wanted to reach out to you to verify that the issue with your device powering on is truly resolved. After all, your wireless happiness is a top priority to us. May I ask has this issue happened again? Can I assume that there isn't any physical or liquid damage on the device? If you can advise if the resolution that you have has been a permanent one then we can make sure that a product issue report doesn't need to be made.

paying this month and getting back due to no use of int charge.
I went to Canada and got charged for use of usage burt turned all phones off but still got charged at end of month. - listing shows that no usage was used - can the charge given credit next month?
