I just received the Kitkat update on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 the other day. Prior to the update, when I got an incoming call I would open my cover and see the caller's name. I could then swipe to answer or switch to speaker or end the call. Now when I open the cover I simply get a black screen. I can't tell who's calling and the only way I can answer the call is if I have my bluetooth earpiece in. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?
Thanks.
Hi Cadre.216
I'm sorry your having problems with the update. I want to get this up and running for you. Let's try removing it from the case and retesting. If the issue persists please power the device in Safe mode and retest. Here's how: http://vz.to/O08LrB
