We understand how important it can be to check your usage, and the good news is you can do so in your detailed billing view on your account. You will need to log in then go to billing, then click on detailed billing then click export to PDF. This will provide a viewable record of prior text messages for up to 90 days. To look at the earlier billing you'll need to select the prior bills.
Just a heads up, this will not provide transcripts. In order to retrieve transcripts of text messages or voicemails, you'll need to provide a soebpena, you can do that with legal councel or law enforcement agencies. We can provide further information if you need it. ChristopherS_VZW
