I've been trying to contact corporate. I've sent a letter to the address on the Verizon site. I've been trying to call a number they gave to and it keeps going to Voicemail and I've left 5 voicemails. I've contacted costumer service to have them send an email and no one has yet to contact me back. I've had so many problems with Verizon to the point I want to shut my phones off and go else where. this is getting ridiculous and im looking for a call back ASAP!!!!

Customer Service is your contact. Verizon corporate does not talk with customers. That's why they have Customer Service.

You can shut your phones off at any time, you just have to pay the ETF if you are past the 14 day trial period.
