Is Replacement Next Day Shipping Just A Bunch Of Lies?

So been getting verizon text blats to replace the note 7 and get free NEXT DAY SHIPPING!

Well  I placed my order for the pixel got a ship date of 10/20   no next day shipping.

I call support to get the free next day shipping ,  what they do is cancle my order and place it again,  and after I hang up I check

Still NO NEXT DAY SHIPPING,  Same [Removed] shipping I had before,    AND!!!!  My Ship date is now 10/28.

Wow  way to drop the [Removed] ball.      Pretty bent and if it does not ship on original date of the 20th i'm done .     Verizon support  is not support at all.  [Removed]

I called back to complain and get a run around   and am told i'd get a call back in 24 hours and will get my original ship date back.   Well thats been over 48 hours ago.
