Is there a way to recover accidentally deleted text messages

Is there a way to recover text messages that were accidentally deleted.  I have searched and it appears it can only be done if they are stored on the SD.

Also, how can I access storage locations that are associated with a contact?

I know losing things is never fun. We want to do all we can to help you get anything you need. Normally though there isn't a way to recover deleted messages unless you have backed them up somewhere. Do you know if they might have been backed up? Can you clarify what you mean by storage locations associated with a contact? -Andrew
