Is there no way Verizon can take this note 7 and give me a Note 5?

I purchased a note 5 In Feb,  then upgraded it note 7 o  release day.  I only had it 4 months so I had to purchase the phone $650. Then Verizon gave me $300 trade in.  Now I  have to go back to the note 5 and pay for it again?  Is there no way Verizon can take this note 7 and give me a Note 5?

We appreciate the details and I assure you, Maximized 2k that we want nothing more than to put the perfect phone in your hands. I'd be happy to assist you.

At this point in time we are accepting all Note 7 return regardless of device condition. Also, the device payment plan associated with the phone will be automatically cancelled. You can actually exchange the Note 7 for any available make/model Compare Phones & Devices. You can actually place the order yourself Samsung Galaxy Note7 Recall Exchange FAQs | Verizon Wireless  or we can also assist and place it ourselves for you. Please reach back out to us when you have the opportunity.
