Ever since my system update been having alot of issues with WiFi. Have used alot of data due to this issue. Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for your note. I phoned Verizon Tech Support this morning. We
booted my phone in safe mode, still had the same problem. Then support saw
that I had a major update waiting. We updated and ut fixed the issue. My
wifi internet access is back to lightening fast.
Have you tried to complete a system cache clear?

Yeah I did and factory reset my phone
Major issue with connecting to the net. Can't download from Google Play, use Chrome, or search Google.
Yes same issue, same time frame. Frustrating! In addition, my device is scanning for connections every 4 seconds despite my having set all the settings for it to not do that. Never had any issue before this last update.
My wifi is fine after update but I lost 4G and reception dropped to 1 & 2 bars where I used to have 4G and usually full bars....anybody else? Any fix?
We definitely want this improved. How is your service in other areas? Do you get full bars in other locations where you used to?

Found that if you reset all connections the wifi situation if fixed.

Let me guess; your battery probably drains faster now? That happened to my GS6 Edge plus after a security update and has been that way ever since.
